He Zhongzhou, a former journalist who set up a cooperative in Dongguan City, a city with over 5 million migrant workers known as blue workers. The main aims of Blue Workers' Cooperative' is to help migrant workers find employment and t=to protect their labor rights. However, Zhongzhou struggles to keep his Blue Workers' Cooperative running as it challenges corporations and the Chinese state.
