An artist facing terminal cancer in the United States begins her last art project with her own coffin. Sue Jeiven knows her stage IV breast cancer is terminal and that she only has a few years left. The 50-year-old tattoo artist finds solace in one last art project. She plans to carve a symbolic “map of her life” onto her own coffin. Sue buys her coffin and begins lessons with a master woodcarver close to her home in New York City. But she can't find a way to reveal the project to her family. She worries that it will break their hearts. As her health declines and the global pandemic unfolds, Sue struggles to get her project underway.
